Cheryl Furbush
Founder and CEO
Cheryl Furbush founded ERP Global Consulting in 2010. Cheryl believes there is no such thing as ERP success without leadership and governance from the executive level. With over 25 years of experience, she continues to expand ERP Global Consulting into one of the largest global leaders in the industry. Team building is imperative in providing direction and project guidance. Building the right team which allows ERP leadership and the ability to grow and successfully interact with small, medium and large organizations.

Shawn Furbush
COO
Shawn Furbush is one of our senior professionals, with an eye for what makes a business succeed. After many years of thriving within the international business community, he plays a key role in the future growth of the company. With his knowledge and management, he intends to bring the ERP Global Consulting to the next level.

Melita Crockett
CFO
Ms. Crockett stepped into a highly visible leadership role and took ownership of ERP’s financial operations. As a member of the management team since 2010, she has been an integral part of driving administrative, financial and risk management operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Most recently, she has spearheaded the effort to integrate ERP’s financial system into a new operating environment.

Director of PMO
Vandetta Clark joined ERP Global Consulting to add gravity to the organization. Vandetta’s leadership serves as an overall Subject Matter Expert in Project Management. She provides direct management and oversees the PMO to ensure ERP projects meet all organization goals and requirements. Vandetta single handedly develops and implements PMO processes, policies, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects as well as project solutions.
Her ability to manage change along with her substantial amount of experience in business process design, mapping and transformation is displayed when interacting with clients.
Vandetta's mission is to provide the client with the full life cycle being seamless from Initiation - Discovery, Planning, Execution - Build, Test, Test, Test, Acceptance, Control, Go-Live, Support to Production. Her team arrives full deck!
